HIV prevention medication not delivered.

<p>I ordered PReP (Pre exposure prophalaxis for HIV) from Green Cross Pharmacy in South Africa. This is a mediation that is very good at preventing HIV infection. My medication did not arrive on time as per their advertised timeframe. I emailed them on numerous ocassions (there is no telephone contact details) and eventually received an email explaining the hold up. In this email their customer service/Webmaster Paul Coetzee promised to send through daily updates as to what was happening and when the order was expected to arrive. It has been several days with no update from them and I am still none the wiser as to what is going on.</p> <p> </p> <p>Considering this is a very important medication with major consequences should people not take it I would have expected communication to have been much better and that they would have been making alternative arrangements to get the medication to people as fast as possible. </p> <p> </p> <p>To anyone out their who values their health and peace of mind I would suggest never using this company. </p>
