Non - disclosure on entertainer app "Ts&Cs"

Went to The Green Bar for dinner and wanted to use the entertainer app. We were told after we got the bill that they don't allow use of the entertainer for the specific meals we ordered. It doesn't say anything on the menu or the app, so we ended up paying double than what we expected. The manager did nothing but half-heartedly apologize. Not going there again
