16th Party Disaster

I found Green Apple using a web search and subsequently hired furniture for my son's 16th Birthday this past weekend, an all white coctail party. To say that I am dissappointed in the shoddy quality of the furniture and the subsequent service. The equipment was delivered pretty late in the evening on thursday, only allowing us a full view on the friday during setup. The white double seater couches were in fact cream and filthy. The bar stools, were black and quite a number of them broken. One of the coctail tables made of splintered wood and frankly falling apart. Some of the white ottoman's were caved in and one actually broken. I promptly messaged Graham Patrick to air my sheer devastation, as my son's 16th was on Saturday, only to be ignored. To this day I have not received so much as an apology, leave alone any attempt to remedy my discontent. On saturday morning, we were forced to go out and buy white material and supplies to try to patch up the furniture so we can at least use it.
