Green and Purple Cannabis Cape Town utterly *********** and terrible customer service
Terrible service. Zero delivery of product and no return of money paid. I ordered some **** from these people on a Sunday evening within their opening hours. They promised delivery within half an hour. I sent them the proof of payment immediately but no response until the next saying the payment hadn't reflected their side and it seemed the proof of payment pdf I sent them was not enough. By then I had sorted other stuff for myself and no longer needed the product so I asked for a refund which they said they would do. They then contacted me a day later practically begging me so keep the order and let them make delivery of the product and they would even send a little extra to sweeten the deal. I refused and again asked to be refunded. Then there was silence for awhile and when I next followed up they again said the money hasn't reflected on their side. So they were fine to acknowledge receipt of my money in order to send me the product but suddenly not when I asked for my money back. It's been a month and a half and apart from the occasional acknowledgement that this needs to be rectified and "sincere" apologies, nothing has happened. So I've written this review. Don't buy from Green and Purple Cannabis Cape Town.
