Joanie's skills include not being proactive, losing interest as soon as she has got what she needs from you, and disappearing into the sunset, and lacking complete professionalism in her role. We constantly had to chase her for updates on our purchase - nothing ever was sent before we asked. And to sum up her class, when transfer did go through, she couldnt even be bothered to send a message to say congrats. She got what she needed, wwe were of no use to her any further.
