Bad management

<p> So me and the lady went out for dinner. on arrival we was asked whether we would like still water or sparkling water on our table. dinner was a waitful one. dinner arrived. we was done. bill arrived. to my surprise i see a charge of R45 for a bottle of water that arrived at the table which was opened. frustrated as i was i called for the manager and explainedto him that this was not discussed with the customer on arrival and that its my first time and it ws a very bad experience. after he looked at the amount on the slip he then said arnt you going to tip my waiter and i said no. he said then i wont remove the water from your bill. Very poor mamangement s****s from a doofus. lets see how far those s****s take him</p>
