Retention money not paid by Fikile Construction

We did capentry work for Fikile construction in the Eastern Cape provice 2015 at Bizana village where they were building Vukuzenzele school. They hired me as a lobour only sub-contractor to do the above mentioned work.

The amount they are still holding is R4 900.00 and this amount is long over due. I tried several time to contact them but they just ignore my phone calls. It is so upsetting to be undone in this way after I waited so long.

They made me to wait for so long after they refuse to reduce my retention after they got practical completion certificate. Usualy after you recieved the practical completion certificate the retention money get reduced by 50% according JBCC.

I am a small contractor whom they suppose to empower not took advantage of my business and that put a lot of strain in my cashflow.
