Complain about payment not done

My name is TEE-SQUARE and write this complain in regard of payment not done by FIKILE CONSTRUCTION (PTY) LTD and developer of the project called PARK AVENUE. The payment was due on 14/10/2018 On 19/10/18(08h01) and 30/10/18(12h54) I sent a message to the area manager Mr Ian but never rep****. On 24/10/28(07h55) I received a call from the quantum surveyor Mr Yudi notifying me that payment will be done on 26/10/18 but nothing done. On 29/10/18 I visited the site in question and the site manager Mr Bmal true to call the developer but phone was engaged and later that day he sent me an sms stating money will be in my account the same day but till today nothing happened Please assist
