The Grinch who stole Christmas... greatestdeals.co.za!

My order was confirmed by greatestdeals.co.za via email after payment was made by PayFast on 9 December 2021. According to their website, orders take up to 3 days to process and they deliver within 3 to 7 workdays. They took my money and disappeared. They are not answering their phone number, nor reply to emails or WhatsApp messages for customer service. I want my money refunded, but I get no response. This is a terrible first experience shopping online and with them. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift. Thank you for ruining a child's Christmas. Greatest Deals.co.za is a ****!
