GREATEST DEALS PATHETHIC SERVICES AND LIE ABOUT THEIR EFFICIENCY.

I had returned a product for the amount of R699.00 to Greatest Deals via the courier sent by Greatest Deals on 20/01/2021. I have proof that the item was returned to Greatest Deals the item was received and signed for by Kylie. despite my many emails and calls to Greatest Deals to dated my credit card has not been credited. I also spoke to Ken early Feb 2021 who said he will look into the matter but has done nothing. I have tried calling a few more times but there is no response. this is very frustrating and Greatest Deals is very unprofessional and dont keep up to their efficiency as stated on their website. I will be grateful for any assistance .

Also note that I am a customer of Take A Lot and Catch of the Day, their services are excellent and very efficient in crediting my account/credit card.
