Greatest Deals - Officially my worst online purchase experience. Refund overdue for more than a month.

Officially my worst online purchase and experience. I returned a swing chair a month ago and to date I have not received a refund. I was accused of not returning the cushions with the swing chair, when in fact I did not receive the cushions in the 1st place. I have confirmed this with the courier driver over a phone call. He admitted the product did not have the cushions when delivered to my premises. I was dealing with a guy called Kenneth who is very unhelpful. He seems not take action and keeps on telling the same story that he wants footage and he will not make an effort to contact the courier personnel. Secondly there is only 1 contact person on the website and that is Kenneth. This gives me a doubt on the accountability of greatest deals and there integrity. I asked for the 3rd time for the director or owners contact details and no response was given. I advise one and all to refrain from purchasing any product from this company. Regrettably Kenneth says I must purchase the cushions at my expense and send it to him. Putrit service
