Poor service and favoritism

After being sent back home at the traffic department 4 times, I decided to go again for the fifth time on Friday the 14th of August. I was the first to arrive at 5am and waited for them to open at 8 only to be sent back home again and asked to come back on the 20th while they allowed those they know to get in. Will I ever get help at our municipality when I’m not known by anyone working there?
