Poor service

On Friday my mom went to renew her license she was told to go back and come back on Tuesday. They turned her back at 11:00. Yesterday on Tuesday she went back again and they gave her the forms to fill and come back today. It was around 12:00. Today she went back in the morning and she was told to go back home at around 11:00 and when she asked about the forms she was told to wait until the day the person gave her the forms come back to work. Honestly we don’t know what is it that needs to be done to get help from our Municipality.
