Poor service

I'm staying in GA-kgapane since I was born, so now is been 2 to 3 months the water pipe busted inside our yard and reported this matter to our council we send video to show him what is happening, he says he will report to the team and come and fix, so times go and no updates, no respond and don't come to fix the pipe. So I diced to go municipality site and open a job card even tody I'm still waiting for service delivery.
