Greater letaba municipality is hell when it comes to service

Hi, i have been staying at my house for 5 years now and still i don't have water and electricity and all i have is promises from the councillor, she always say next month you will get electricity the budget is there but the month comes and pass. What is interesting is that she last told me that there was a budget for us but then it was given to another village due to the fact that the names were the same, what a lame excuse, its really unfair in 2020 we still don't have running water and electricity all that is needed to this specific municipality is vites but no service delivery. The service is poor and nobody says anything about it.
