This store is absolutely fantastic with such great service. Even after black friday, they had our parcel ready and in JHB hub by the Sunday! Then their courier messed it up and had no service. Once I advised them Kim went out of her way to ensure my son receives his birthday parcel. When late, made up for it. Kim you are absolutely a gem and this is what customer service should be! Big companies like Vodacom for example can really learn so much from you. Thank you Kim, You are really awesome! Lately this is very rare, we will definitely be back for both the boys!
