Great Yellow ripoff

Bought a set from them and asked them to cancel 3 minutes after ordering. They ignored the email, shipped the item anyway. I sent it back, they now say they can't refund because it's a sale item and they don't refund sale items. Meanwhile I asked for a cancellation, not a refund. If they want to stick to the letter, then this subtle difference matters.

Last time I buy from them. Importatoy and Bricks n Blocks will be getting my money, which is substantial - I only buy Ultimate Collectors Series sets.
