great weddings- wedding disaster

From day one false information was given to me, buy a dress get 20% discount before the 31 st of March only to find extra charges amounting to that discount.. I wanted a Cinderella type of dress. Found dress that I liked and I asked that lady who was assisting me does it come with the hoop and she said yes but sometimes people don't want it. Paid and was informed all is done, following day received invoice I'm owing R1050 for hoop n bag for the dress.i sent venitah an email saying she must cancel my order,she sent me an invoice saying NO REFUNDS.i lI specifically asked them to make me a purple belt like my theme and sent a sample photo of the purple. 3 months down the line dress arrived with a pink belt instead of purple and shop tells me of their terms and conditions but I was specific in my order besides everything else! Shop won't take responsibility instead they told me there is nothing they can do. I took the dress unhappy bcz I paid for it nd now I must go and pay again for the correct belt!
