Unprofessional service

Extremely Disappointed and Concerned

Great South Contractors, outsourced by FNB, worked on my intercom system, and the experience was a complete disaster. Their work was highly unprofessional—they left my ceiling damaged and promised to fix it but never followed through. To make matters worse, they left live wires hanging from my wall, which is extremely dangerous and shows a total lack of regard for safety.

This level of negligence is unacceptable. I expected better from a contractor associated with FNB, but they completely let me down. I would not recommend them to anyone looking for safe, reliable, and professional service.
