Waiting almost 7 weeks for our only car to be fixed (and still pending).

On the 14th of June 2015, my husband, Rudi Ackerman, was involved in a car accident (with our Chevy Spark) The front of the car was quite badly hurt, but the only damage to the engine was the radiator that was hurt. There was also a very small bump at the back from a previous accident. On the 7th of August we get our first communication from Dean, from Great South Autobody. They tell us that they are waiting for the car parts to arrive. On the 18th of August we hear that the car would probably be finished by the 20th. But then Dean proceeds to tell us that after that they will just have to authorize the big claim (even though it had been authorized on the 5th already) so that they can start on the big front damage of the car! They had taken a full 4 weeks to fix the small damage and had not even started on the big damage yet! They tell us they would provide us with a courtesy car on the 20th. From there on, we start dealing with Gaba, who keeps promising us a courtesy car. Today is the 28th, we've been waiting and hoping for a car each day this week, but every day (today included) we are told 'tomorrow'. We have now been without a car for a total of almost seven weeks.
