Vechicle breakdown less than a week after repairs

I was involved in a car accident in February 2015 and my car was authorised for repairs at Great South Autobody, Booysens in Johannesburg. On 10 April 2015 i paid my insurance excess and took delivery of my car as the panel beater was \done"with it. A few minutes of driving out the panel beater i felt the car was not the same anymore. The left front wheel kept pulling the car to the left whenever i hit a bump or changed gears. I drove the car for a few days thinking this was a once-off thing"
