They dont even deserve a star

<p>I had a minor accident in March which required my 2 bumpers to be replaced, as well as a small ding and scratches on the left passenger door. The panelbeaters told me that they could only take the car in after all the public holidays. The arrangement was that they would order all necessary parts beforehand in order to lessen the time that I would be without a car. They were supposed to fetch the car on Tuesday 3 May, which came and went. Eventually, after I called them, they collected the car on Thursday 12 May 2016. I then enquired about a courtsey car and was told by the yard manager Tholakele, as well as another manager, Duncan, that they would call me the following Monday, which also came and went without a word. Tholakele then also assurex me that car would be ready on the 23rd of May. In the meantime I had 3 medical emergencies (murphys law) which I communicated to Duncan, who again said he would try to hold a courtesy vehicle for me. I contacted my Insurance and explained my predicament, and they also assured me that they would contact the panelbeaters. The broker then said they would have a car for me on Tuesday 24/5. It is now the 1st of June. Yesterday at 13:40, Gaba from Great South called to he had a car all ready for me to collect. I explained that if I had a car to get to Booysens then why would I need a courtesy car. He called Tholakele who said that the driver would pick me up in approx 90 mins. At 15:40 I called and was told that there were no drivers. However, Tholakele PROMISED me that a driver would fetch me first thing this morning at 9:00. At 10:30 I called her as there still was no car or driver. I was told that there was no courtesy car and that there had been a minor setback with the vehicle they had yesterday. However, as soon as a driver came back they would fetch me. It is now 12:30 and still no vehicle. I had also been told that my own vehicle would be ready tomorrow. I have had to pay for private taxis to transport me to hospital for 5 days which costed R150 per day as well as paying to go to supermarkets and such. Great South then still has the audacity to demand in R1700,00 in excess, for which I have additional cover. Obviously not enough. Thats another story!!!</p>
