parts and spare wheel missing

Took my car for panel beating , when i went to fetch it parts were missing and the car was not properly fixed. Spare wheel was missing, cover was missing and the front bumper is falling. Every time i call them they keep saying they will get back to me but they don't. i have been waiting for them since 06/01/2015.
