Could not repair my car after 5 months at GSA.

My new Renault was in a accident on 11 May 2015. It was sent to GSA for repairs. It took about 5 months to get my car back. When I got it back the CV joints were leaking, incomplete welding and paint work, loose battery bracket, body panels loose and the cherry on top a dent in a new replaced bonnet. Just to mention a few snags. Car went back and it was \repaired". A few days later CV joints again leaking"
