Berenices' Great Customer Service

Good Day Wayne ***ner),

I hope this mail finds you well. I know this is the third time I will be bringing in the BMW Z4 (due to the complications of the sportpack) but I would like to draw your attention to the spectacular service I have received from Berenice. She has truly gone above and beyond when it comes to keeping us informed on the progress but more so keeping us up to date on the delivery progress of all the parts that had to be order for the BMW Z4 and even now she is still going to the ends of the world to arrange that everything works around my schedule.

No matter how big or small, she has delivered the best quality of service that I have experienced in the panel beating industry. I was always treated like a VIP even when experienced a few problems which has truly impressed me to no extent.

I would like to take this opportunity to inform you about Berenices’ service as I truly believe recognition should be given where there is extra-ordinary situations and she is truly that.
