Poor service for Seshego to Apel commuters

Talk about poor service, using Great North Transport from Seshego to Apel is a nightmare ,we are treated bad by the management of the company, they bluntly told us that there is no bus for the route but surprisingly we recharge tags for weekly and monthly premiums for the route,last week they left us stranded for the whole week without a bus in the mornings only to get a bus in the afternoons which comes from a certain shift, surprisingly the route is highly subsidized, the question is where does the money go?Where is the bus that used to ferry us?As commuters we are left stranded and if by chance we get a bus it is an old dilapidated one without brakes or anything major and we get stuck. Imagine getting stuck every single day to work.
