Great North Towing and roadside assist

I was involved in an accident Sunday of June 2018, Then Great North Towing offered to tow my car and they told me that they charge 350 an hour for towing, in the morning when I contact them they dropped my calls and I went through the internet to get their offices, I got to the office the man who was giving me paper work for towing was at the office he didn’t want to open the gate shouting at me that this is not Great North towing they moved somewhere else, “the same guy who was at the scene talking” yes I was traumatized but I saw them and he was there, they eventually send me quotation that I have to pay 8000 which is not what they told me during the scene, this company they are crocks, please during accident don’t take decisions without thinking properly look for help, I am so heartbroken and disappointed! They are so dishonest and selfish!
