Bad Service

This morning my normal bus came at 7:30 am not at 7:00 am per usual. Then when i boarded the bus, i requested the driver to please come early on monday because today`s time is not acceptable as the bus is meant for people who should be at work at 8:00am. he responded to me with a bad attitude and a rude tone. he also called me crazy, he continued to insult me and said he doesnt care even if i reported him. his attitude is bad and he doesnt know how to treat commuters with respect
