We are unable to get our car back after it was towed by a towing company

We were involved in an accident on the 22 July 2018 and Great North Towing & Roadside Assist towed our car, they gave us a pink paper to sign and they only told us that it was permission to remove the car from the road and take it to their panel beater. They failed to explain all their procedures including their terms and conditions. To our surprise the place where they took the car is not a panel beater but it is a storage, after 3 days we were told that we must pay a huge amount of money in order for the car to be released. We have been requesting a quotation from them since the 27 July 2018 but they don’t want to give it to us. They are now ignoring us we cannot get hold of them via calls, WhatsApp, sms and at the storage the owner is forever not there. According to their policy they will sell the car if it is not collected within 30 days from the day towed, they are causing all these delays so they can sell the car.

Please kindly assist us so we can get our car back before they sell it. Thank you.
