POOR SERVICE AND PRODUCTS

Myself and my fiance bought a single bed base at Great Beds, Wilrogate on Friday the 5th of July 2019. The mentioned item was delivered on 06 July 2019 to my private residence and was received by my 13 year old son whilst myself and my fiance were out on the mentioned day. No delivery note was handed to my son at all stating that the mentioned item is in the immaculate condition that we payed for. On Sunday 07 July when we removed the plastic of the mentioned item it was noticed that the mentioned base is torn. My fiance contacted the above mentioned bed shop on Monday and the replies were merely that the product was checked before loading it. So anything might have happened between loading it and delivering it. So to be fair the mentioned bed shop is dishonest and I personally wouldn't refer any person to the mentioned shop ever!!!
