Dedication to customer service

During the Covid-19 pandemic, many businesses run into supply problems, and Great at Living was no exception. I commend the team for their constant communication when their deliveries were delayed, keeping me informed of the progress of my order and the reasons for the delay (depot decontamination) and eventually the cancellation and an immediate full refund when the depot lost my package. To me, it spoke of dedication to giving customer service, even when circumstances made it almost impossible.
