Absolutely the worst experience and services ever!! I placed an order with them well in advance and arranged delivery and paid for my order and delivery fee. On the day I was supposed to receive my order, I was met with excuses. I was nice and understanding, but I see this was an advantage for them - its been 3 days now! I have requested a refund and now am being ignored.

Even worse - I am trying to request the refund with the email address they have on their website and it doesn't even work!

Never order from them!
