LIFSTYL DEDUCTIONS WITHOUT PERMISSION

Since 2014 an amount of R99-99 was monthly deducted from my bank account. I contacted the bank and get the information of the company that deducted the money from my account. The company is GRCS and the contact number ***. <br> I contacted the company during December 2014 and first speak to Malika and also send her an e-mail. <br> <br> After a lot of phone calls they stopped the deduction in February 2015.<br> I didn't received any refund.<br> <br> When I called again during April 2015 they said that Malika didn't work there anymore and I talked to Alhaam. <br> <br> A lot of phone calls and e-mails later they still haven't paid me back.<br> <br> I have no idea what the deductions are and did not consent for it.<br> <br> 17 x R99-99 LIFSTYLZ deductions amount to R1699-83 and about R200 for all the phone calls.
