Poor service

So i registered with GRC meter prepaid for my tenants with a guy by the name of Vincent, this guy is always giving me problems when he has to pay me my money and it's an ongoing thing. Every month i get paid late with an agreement of not later than the 7th of the month. The owner is very unprofessional due to agreement. So GRC Prepaid meter is renderering a very poor service, we are not safe in South Africa to have such companies.
