Horrible management!!!!!

Very disappointed in the management, they still haven't payed my money back for a room that i gave up (but paid) and which they rented out ! Have been 5 months!! After promising me she will every day!! Can not be trusted!! We had an arrangement, which she said she will pay me back! Horrible person!!
