Horrible Grazia Guesthouse Bloemfontein experience

We had the most ****ndous experience at Grazia guesthouse Fichardt park in Bloemfontein. The shower head and soap dish fell on the floor while taking a shower, there was mud on the carpet and dirt in the bed, the light swiches were missing. When we asked for assistance the owner yelled and screamed at us for no reason. Everything was dirty and either gone or apparantly ******, we could not even turn on the television. The owner made us feel unwelcome and used very offensive language.
