Deposit Requisition

In may 2015 i made a booking to Grazia guest house and paid R3750 to their bank account for a weekend of the 9th October. Due to unforseen circumstances i had to cancel the stay. cancellation was made on the on the fifth of August , 2 months before the expected date and on their site it clearly states that cancellation is free if its 30 days before expected date. now they refuse to give me the deposit back even thou they had enough time to readvertise the room on [URL Removed]
