I bought a car that broke down on the same day

I bought a car that broke down on my way from their premises and it was a cash payment, when i test drive the car it had a warning light of water coolent and they promise to fix it before i take the car then since it was saturday they told me to bring it back on Monday to be fixed. so when it broke down they took it and it was not fixed then Thursday i told them i'm cancelling the deal.Friday morning i gave them back their papers and waited for them to reverse my money and it was R50 000 and they never did. i went Western Consumer Credit, NCC and Motor industry Ombudsman with no luck and MIO never return to me about the case i've dot the the ref. no's. the deal for the car i did it in June 2014 till today i never recieved my money and Graystone sold the car as they say to recover their storage fees. i don't know what to do and ive correspondence from WCC, NCC and the referal letter from NCC to MIO. i even tried Legal Wise and they referred to another lawyer that needs money to open a case and i dont have the money
