POOR SERVICE SATISFACTION

This is on behalf of my Boss. He signed up with this Company in November 2021 under very dubious circumstances. We were promised all sorts of niceties as far as business solutions are concerned. But since then we have never received an honest to good Service Delivery from their Admin Office. Their Technical and Field Division were and are Superb. But at the end of the day its the Admin Division who close and sign off and do the sales and charging. This Company never communicates or sends Account Statuses, they just go ahead and take costs from your Business Account as they see fit. When you react then you cant get an honest straight forward response. it becomes a "He Said, She Said" Scenario. My Boss has never been happy with their Service.
