Gravity Baywest

I went to Baywest, yesterday 9/12/2022 and arrived at 17:15, we enquired about the cost a d we were told 120 an hour. We paid and the gentleman asked are you going to straight in and finish at 18h00 or come back at 18h00 and finish at 19h00????? When i questioned they said its hour to hour not when you arrive?? I complained then he wanted to give me a free pass for next time. people go shopping and want to drop kids off….no one arrives on the hour to shop. In future please specify when you quote prices and explain correctly, i also think there could be an easier way to monitor kids. The gravities work from when you arrive. I just feel that Gravity Baywest is money hungry and not willing to be more accommodating for families.
