I went to this bike shop to have my bike serviced, when I decided to do the next service myself, I found that this bike shop did not properly installed the air box to my bike, for over 7000km my bike sucked dirty air that was supposed to go through the air filter. when I made the owner aware of such, he said that he himself install all bikes airboxes after services, this owner slapped himself in the face by uttering this, not only is he not competent to install original parts to a bike, but how do you appoint competent people if you yourself are not competent in doing basic work on a bike.
