Bad health service

Hello I want to make a complain against the most bad services I experienced today at this day hospital. They were so unorganized an rude alot of people were complaining because of the health service they are getting and most of them went home still not helped, I was one of them that also left while I wasn't assisted. I've been send from one side to another trying to be helped. Is this what our health system has become not trying to look after the people that needs it. And the most sadest is that even if they short staffed they could not see to all the people that was waiting on assistants.
