Refund Payment of goods not delivered
On Saturday the 12. 06. 2021 I bought 2 glasses at this company. After I had paid I was told the glass is out of stock it will be available on Tuesday. Come Tuesday 15. 06. 2021 there was no glass, I was told to come back on Friday, at that point my house requires 2 glasses and my family's safety is at stake. I asked for a refund as I needed the glass urgently.
It has been 9 days today no refund. I have called several times, I have been to the bank twice there is no refund. Honestly how can I get this company to pay me back, I am dissapointed and extremely frustrated at this company owner, whom I dealt with directly. He is taking me for a ride.
