Grasshopper SA worst after sales service

I got a brand new pair of chocolate/suede shoes, and on the top of the shoe, by the laces the shoe stared to tear. Grasshopper SA rejected my claim by looking at a picture, they said that I tore the shoe. Why would I then claim from them? shoes still brand new! they not interested in my complaint and has a very bad attitude. please stay away from them. rather buy something with after sales service. GRASSHOPPER SA is not a good brand ! STAY AWAY
