Poor Quality and Rip-Off culture towards Customers

The quality of compost collected from this Company is something no one wants to experience. Coupled to that, the owner / manager (JP) has made numerous promises to rectify the situation. Promises have been made with NO follow-up . The culture is therefor ...we take the South African publics money and ignore customer complaints blatantly......if any member of the public need anything around home improvement products of this nature, rather drive a few kilometeres further than to support this Company...they are a rip-off and are in it for nothing but to fill their coffers at the expense of the SA consumer.....unless you are prepared to take compost which emanates from a Quarry (admitted by the owner ) !!!
