No Response from Owner on Poor Quality

I placed an order for two deliveries of grass and compost from The Grass Factory. When the compost was delivered it was filled and off loaded we noticed that there were clumps of grass, rocks, twigs in the compost. It was of such poor quality that when we placed it on the grass only then did we realise just how dreadful the quality was. I called and emailed the company and sent pictures. The owner responded with excuses but said he would come back to me - to date they have not bothered responding. What a waste of R2500. I should have used someone else.
