Poor service and no response

I had to purchase grass for my lawn. I phoned grass factory and asked them to advise me on the best grass for my application after which they proposed LM. <br> <br> When I placed the order I had to phone them several times (4 times) for an invoice. Every time I phoned they had no idea of my order and I had to redo the order. <br> <br> Once that was out of the way I told them I can only accept the grass on a certain day. I received a delivery notification for the wrong day. Once again I had to phone them two times to confirm the delivery date.<br> <br> After the grass was planted I learnt that it is not suited for my application. I have dogs and LM does not like traffic.<br> <br> Well enough was enough and the grass was already planted,<br> <br> Over the next few months I regularly received an email from the MD himself asking for feedback.<br> <br> I gave him the same feedback but never received a response.<br> <br> I will never buy any product from them again!!
