Terrible outcome and even worse service. Don’t use them for real grass, you will waste your money

Had new grass planted at significant expense. Kept James informed throughout the process only for him to constantly put off doing anything but come and examine what had gone wrong or try to rectify the situation. Wish I had read the reviews here that speak of similar experiences with them.

Every guarantee and promise was not fulfilled and I’m stuck with uneven grass and large areas essentially dead.
