Professional and efficient from the get go ,proper ground preparation they remove all the winter grass that taken over our old lawn and take away all the rubble with them no extra cost they put compost in and bonemeal fertilizer before they lay grass, they lay new grass,roll it with a big roller they ad value to my house my grass is growing very well ,my husband mow it last week for the first time it looks amazing l really appreciate James and team
