R 42K wasted, wrong grass planted in the full sun area. It was all dead within 2 weeks. I removed everything and had artificial grass installed instead. For weeks I pleaded with James to move the last remaining green grass to the other side of the yard, it did not happen. Very expensive lesson learned when dealing with so called grass experts.
